Accommodates up to 4 guests;

• January 15th to April 14th .... $1,295/wk .... $185/night, minimum stay 7 nights
• April 15th to December 14th .... $945/wk .... $135/night
• December 15th to January 14th $1,400/wk $200/night

• (There is a small charge of USD $30 per night each for the 3rd and 4th guests. Please note that the minimum age of guests is 10 years.  No pets).

The rates above include all taxes, electricity, (reasonable) including air-conditioning, bed linens, towels and gas for cooking.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the amount of 25% is required to confirm a booking.  Payment can be made by Bankers Draft/Cashier's Cheque or electronic Transfer. Written comfirmation and receipt for your deposit and payments will be mailed.

Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Palm Beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received six weeks (42 days) or thereafter, before confirmed arrival date, all monies paid will be forfeited. This also applies to no shows and early check out.
